These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Deli Nerds SMS notification program and website operated by Deli Nerds ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. SMS Notification Program

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our opt-in form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Deli Nerds. These messages may include:

• Order pickup confirmations and delivery status updates
• Catering order alerts and confirmations
• Shift reminders (for employees)
• Promotional and marketing messages (only if separately consented)

2. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your orders and activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per month for operational updates. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

3. Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.

5. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Deli Nerds. You may place orders and use our services without opting in to SMS notifications.

6. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when opting in. You represent that the phone number provided is your own and that you are authorized to receive messages at that number.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation of our systems, or to submit false information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deli Nerds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our SMS program or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed $100.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
